Physical Therapist / Founder

Timothy Rossner,
PT, DPT

Timothy Rossner Tummy Time Academy.jpg

"Mr. Tim" earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in 2019. During his clinical rotation at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, he discovered his passion for working with children while helping kids with Cystic Fibrosis achieve their goals—and he’s been hooked ever since!

Since then, Tim has worked with children from birth to 18 years old in homes, daycares, schools, and clinics. He loves the fun and creativity that come with working alongside kids and their families, turning therapy sessions into playful, meaningful moments of growth. Tim is passionate about helping little ones move, explore, and reach their full potential—one wobbly step, jump, or giggle at a time!

When he’s not helping kids reach new milestones, Tim enjoys building furniture forts/obstacle courses with his 3 daughters, chipping away at the "to-do list", and catching up with friends and family.

Special Instructor / Administrative Assistant

Melissa Smith

"Ms. Melissa" earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from West Chester University in 2017, where she dual-majored in Elementary and Special Education and minored in Literacy. After graduation, she began her teaching journey working with 10- to 12-year-old boys at a private school for Autism in Downingtown, where she discovered how much joy she found in helping every child learn in their own unique way.

After moving to Palmyra with her husband, Melissa transitioned to teaching preschoolers in Early Intervention classrooms, supporting children ages 3 to 5 as they explored, learned, and grew through play. Now, she brings that same passion and creativity to her work with infants and toddlers, partnering with families to help their little ones thrive in all areas of development.

When she’s not helping families and children, you can find Melissa enjoying time outdoors with her family, rolling pretzels on her family’s pretzel truck in Rehoboth Beach, or traveling to new places in search of her next adventure.

Speech Language Pathologist

Molly Keller,
MS, CCC-SLP

Wooden Toy Animals

"Ms. Molly" earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Duquesne University in 2024, where she discovered her love for helping children find their voices and celebrate every new word and sound. During her time there, she gained hands-on experience across a variety of pediatric settings, working with kids of all ages and abilities.

Now, Molly brings her energy, creativity, and big smile to Early Intervention, supporting children from birth to three years old as they learn to communicate, connect, and grow. Whether she’s singing songs, playing games, or celebrating milestones, she believes that learning through play is the best kind of learning!

When she’s not busy having fun with the families she works with, you can find Molly coaching all-star cheerleading, cheering on her favorite Philly sports teams, or soaking up the sunshine at the beach.
